Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best experience, we reserve your appointment time in advance exclusively for you. We maintain a strict cancellation policy to ensure fairness and availability for all appointments and to respect both our clients’ and stylists’ time.

Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule your service.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to stay on time for all clients. In this case, it will be considered a same-day cancellation and subject to 100% of the scheduled service fee.
