Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best experience, we reserve your appointment in advance exclusively for you. Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule your service. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to stay on time for all clients. In this case, it will be considered a same-day cancellation and subject to 100% of the scheduled service fee.
